Shipping And Postage


Apart from the presale items,  MaB Tuning  will  dispatch the order within 2 business days. Not inclusive of weekends.


In special cases, due to the current pandemic. the ordered products may be dispatched from our suppliers based overseas. In such cases, you may experience a delay in receiving the orders, but MaB Tuning will inform you if this is the case.


The time of delivery may vary according to different regions and countries. Customers may be liable to pay additional customs charges and taxes according to the customs laws of their country.

MaB Tuning uses different carrier services according to the nature of the orders. The following carrier services may be used by Mab Tuning:

  • Australia Post eParcel service


In the absence of the customer at the time of delivery, the package will not be left at the door or premises. The customer needs to sign the receipt after receiving the package.


MaB Tuning  will not be responsible for giving the redelivery fee of the parcel if:

  • The customer isn’t  present at the given address at the time of the delivery.
  • If the customer fails to pick up the package later on from the courier service in case of a failed delivery attempt by the courier service.

At the time of dispatch from the warehouse, MaB Tuning will provide tracking information to the customers through official emails. If the customer fails to receive the official email regarding the tracking number,  just message us on  facebook to get the tracking number information.


MaB Tuning will ensure the delivery of your parcel on time. However, in case of courier issues, natural disasters, or transit problems you may experience delivery delays. Incase of such delays the ETA delivery dates of your package will be affected.



All the local and international customers should be aware that the MaB Tuning will ONLY receive payments through PayPal and the items will ONLY be delivered to the PayPal addresses.


 MaB Tuning will not entertain any requests of change of address, color change of the product, exchange of the product with other items or change of Mind , etc. In case of such issues, the customer is required to ask for a refund and place the order again. 

Delivery or Pickup:

  • After the agreement with both MAB TUNING and the MAB TUNING dealer,  MaB Tuning will arrange the pickup or customer  collection at the dealer or a MAB TUNING warehouse.
  •  MaB Tuning may provide the pickup and fittings at the MAB TUNING warehouse, but at an additional cost.
  • The customer is responsible for paying all the fitting costs. However, the fitting costs may vary between different dealers.
  • If you want the parts installed by  accredited mechanic , please contact MaB Tuning through facebook and we will endeavor to help you install the parts.
